Returns & Refunds



Each article purchased on may be returned free of charge. Remember the following rules:
a. Returns must be made within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the goods.
b. Articles must be returned new, unused and with all labels and tags, the safety label must not have been tampered with or removed.
c. Articles that are damaged due to natural wear and due to use will not be classified as returns of defective articles but as invalid returns.
d. The return must include the ribbons and design packaging as well as the certificates of authentication, protective bags and leather hangers, if these were contained in the supply.
e. Articles must be returned in their original packaging so as to guarantee adequate protection during transportation.
f. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted floor. They should be returned clean and in the original cardboard box given that the box is part of the product.
g. Articles of underwear, swimwear and briefs should be tried above your own underwear. It is not permitted to remove the protective film applied.
If the return does not satisfy the conditions listed above, the parcel will be sent back to you and the refund will not be made. In no circumstance will returns be accepted that do not comply with these rules.

To exercise the Right of Withdrawal, you may use the specific form found on the Website by accessing MY ACCOUNT in the Returns section. To that end, you must (i) select the Product(s) to be returned (ii) await the return confirmation email indicating the Return Number which must be entered on the parcel (ii) apply on the parcel the sticky label already contained in the parcel and containing the return address (iii) using the link received in the email, book the return with the Courier.
Before proceeding with the return, you must check that the return is compliant with the conditions indicated in the Terms of Sale.

It is not possible to swap the goods with different sizes and/or models; therefore, if you wish to make an exchange with the same article in different sizes or colours, or with a different article, you must return the product and then make a new order on our online store.

Once the returns have been checked, processed and accepted by the returns service in our warehouse, LES HOMMES will make the refund.
The refund will be made by re-crediting the sum paid by you using the same payment method used for the purchase.
LES HOMMES will not be required to refund the delivery costs of the Products if you have expressly chosen a different type of delivery from the standard method.
Please note that, in the case of gifts, the person who purchased the gift receives the refund. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
