ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS

ORDERS BY EMAIL, LETTER, TELEPHONE OR FAX
We exclusively accept orders via the LES HOMMES Online Store. We cannot accept orders by email, letter or fax. Currently, we do not even accept orders by telephone to our Customer Care.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders for available goods, subject to confirmation of availability of the articles, are processed on the working day after receiving the order or on the next available working day. Orders made from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders made separately will be processed and shipped separately.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY TIMES
We work closely with our shipping agent partners to reduce delivery delays as much as possible. However, LES HOMMES cannot be held liable for shipment delays caused by weather conditions, customs checks or other circumstances beyond its control. LES HOMMES is not in any way liable for delays that cannot be foreseen and/or are exclusively attributable to the Courier.
Shipments and delivery timescales may undergo delays during sales or in other periods of the year with a particularly high number of orders.
Products that are available in the warehouse will usually be delivered as quickly as possible and in any case, indicatively:
- Delivery for shipments to Italy is scheduled within 1-2 working days.
- Delivery for shipments to the European Union is scheduled within 2-3 working days.
- Delivery for shipments to all countries outside the European Union is scheduled within 5 working days.
The delivery will be made in working hours, from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and local or national public holidays, by specialist shipping agent, with specific packaging, to the address of the recipient indicated by the Customer. The delivery timescales cited above are understood to be indicative and in any case not binding for LES HOMMES.

SHIPMENT INSURANCE
The LES HOMMES shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost for the Customer. Once the shipment has delivered to the delivery address and its receipt has been accepted, the goods are no longer covered by insurance. To protect your orders against any theft, the package is created with a neutral design.

PARCEL DELIVERY
If, upon receipt, the parcel is found to be damaged, we suggest that you reject the delivery or, alongside the signature for receipt, note that you have accepted a damaged parcel.

ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS
On the LES HOMME Online Store you can indicate a delivery address different from the billing address. You can therefore have the order delivered conveniently to your office or to an acquaintance. In this case, the invoice will not be enclosed in the parcel sent to the delivery address, but will be shipped separately to the billing address.

CHANGE OR REVERSAL OF AN ORDER
For technical reasons, it is not possible to change an order that has already been confirmed or shipped. After receiving the Shipping Confirmation you cannot, unfortunately, reverse your order. However, the articles can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

SHIPMENT TRACEABILITY
After processing and shipping the order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing the shipping details and an exclusive link enabling you to monitor the delivery in real time. You can also monitor the shipment in the MY ACCOUNT Website section.

SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs are borne by you and will be indicated separately in the order form.
Shipments to some non-EU countries will be made DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), namely with customs charges and/or taxes on the sale excluded from the purchase price; these will be applied subsequently in the destination country and will be paid in full by you, which, if due, you must pay to the courier upon delivery.

To be able to make the delivery, the United States Government Consumers Agency may request the social security number (SSN). 

NEW EUROPE

Countries including: Albania, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania.
These countries may be subject to customs tariffs, import and/or other taxes, which are borne exclusively by you and will not be refunded by LES HOMMES.

RUSSIAN FEDERATION
SHIPPING COST € 10
This country may be subject to customs tariffs, import and/or other taxes, which are borne exclusively by you and will not be refunded by LES HOMMES.
Note: Due to new regulations, the delivery to certain postcodes within the Russian Federation is limited. In these cases, you may be asked to provide an alternative address. If you are unable to do so, this may involve the cancellation of the order.

RESTRICTIONS
LES HOMMES does not ship orders to Livigno, Campione d’Italia, Faeroer island, Helgoland island, Busingen, Ceuta and Melilla, to a Post Office box, mailstop, stationed military bases (APO/PPO) or any order in which it is impossible to identify the recipient of the order and the respective address.
